The rules are simple:

• €1 spent on kozysocks.com = 1 loyalty point earned;
• 100 points accumulated = €10 voucher earned! (that's a cumulative 10% discount on your orders).

How it works: how to use your loyalty points?

• Earn automatically: your points are added automatically to your customer account with every validated purchase.
• Convert your points: head to the "My Account" section to check your balance and convert your points into a voucher as soon as you reach the threshold.
• Apply your discount: when checking out, simply check the box for the available voucher to instantly deduct €10 from your cart!

Loyalty program terms and conditions

To keep everything crystal clear between us (like a flawless dressage test!), here are the conditions to keep in mind:

• Online purchases only: the loyalty program is strictly reserved for orders placed on our website and is not valid at our stands during horse shows or events.
• Excludes shipping costs: your vouchers apply to the total product amount, but cannot be used to pay for shipping fees.
• Single-use only: each €10 voucher must be used in a single order. It cannot be split, refunded, or credited if not used in full.
• Cancellations & returns: in the event of an order cancellation or refund, the corresponding points earned will be automatically deducted from your balance.
• For individual customers only: this program is intended solely for retail customers (professional accounts, clubs, resellers, and tax-exempt purchases are not eligible).
