Within 28 days from the delivery of the order, the customer may return at his own expense new products (in their original packaging, labelled, unworn, unwashed, in a condition to be sold) accompanied by the order number and his contact details, to the following address

Within the framework of the right of withdrawal, the company Akkor International will reimburse the customer for any amounts already paid, including any shipping costs, under the conditions mentioned in article 6.3.


Product exchange is possible within 28 days following the delivery of the order. The customer must first contact KozySocks' customer service department (with contact information and order number) who will respond as soon as possible. The customer and KozySocks will agree by email on the item to be returned instead.

Fees :

- The shipping costs for returning the merchandise to be exchanged by the customer to KozySocks are the responsibility of the customer. However, KozySocks will cover the shipping costs of the second shipment with the new product in exchange.

- In the particular case of a defective item, non-conformity of the delivered item with its description on the website or a delivery error incumbent on KozySocks, the return and exchange costs will be systematically borne by KozySocks.


Refunds of products in the case of the right of withdrawal or in case of non-conformity of the delivered product compared to its description on the website will be made by Akkor International within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. Nevertheless, Akkor International may postpone the reimbursement until the goods have been recovered or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent.

The refund will be made by the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order, or by the delivery of a voucher of a value equal to the totality of the order (value including all taxes and shipping costs) with the express agreement of the customer and provided that the refund does not cause any costs for the customer.
