For the vast majority of our models (tall riding socks, short socks, ankle socks, or solid models), the basic rule is simple: rely on your usual shoe size.

Our socks are categorized by size ranges (e.g., 37/40, 40/42, 43/46) to hug the heel and arch perfectly without causing uncomfortable folds in your boots.

Hesitating between two sizes? (Example: you wear a size 40)

This is the most common question among KozyLovers! If your shoe size falls right on the boundary (like a 40), here's how to decide:

• If you have slim feet or calves: opt for the lower range (37/40) to ensure a snug fit without excess fabric at the toes.
• If you have athletic or wide calves: go for the upper range (40/42). The sock will sit slightly higher and offer extra room around the calf.

Special tip for athletic and wide calves

For horse riding or busy days, calf comfort is essential.

• Go one size up: if you often feel tight in classic tall socks, switching to the higher size range provides extra width along the leg.
